What to include
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which device and app version you are using. Screenshots are helpful. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
Sign-in help
Make sure you use the same sign-in method you originally used. If you requested an email link, check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new link from the sign-in screen if the previous one has expired.
Subscriptions and purchases
App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account. If an existing purchase is not recognized, open the app's account or subscription settings and use Restore Purchases. For billing or refund requests related to an App Store purchase, contact Apple.
Meal plans and nutrition
Generated meal plans and nutrition values are estimates and may vary by ingredient, brand, and portion. If a result appears incorrect, send us the recipe or meal name and a screenshot so we can investigate.
Account and privacy requests
You can manage or delete your account from the app's account settings. For help with account access, privacy, or deletion, email support@my-diet.ai from the address associated with your account. See the account deletion instructions for the steps and details about data deletion and retention.
