Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Hundred Calories, my-diet.ai, and related meal planning, recipe, shopping list, account, and subscription features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, generating a meal plan, or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Disclaimer
The meal plans, recipes, nutritional information, and other content provided on this website are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any diet, meal plan, nutrition program, or making significant changes to your eating habits, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed medical provider. Individual nutritional needs and health conditions vary, and only a qualified professional can provide advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
The creators, owners, operators, and affiliates of this website make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or effectiveness of any information provided. Your use of any meal plan, recipe, or recommendation from this website is entirely at your own risk.
By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that the creators, owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, injuries, losses, or adverse effects resulting from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the information, meal plans, or services provided on this website.
If you have any medical condition, food allergy, dietary restriction, or health concern, seek professional medical advice before following any recommendations generated by this website.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse another person's account.
4. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Some features may require a paid subscription, including saved meal plans, expanded cuisine and diet options, shopping lists, macros, regeneration, and other PRO features. Prices, included features, and billing periods are shown before purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a subscription, you authorize Stripe and the website operator to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription price, taxes where applicable, and any renewal charges shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel where available in account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally does not remove access until the end of the current paid billing period.
If a payment fails, paid features may be paused, limited, or cancelled. We may update subscription features, pricing, or billing periods from time to time. Material pricing changes will apply as described at checkout, in account settings, or in any notice we provide before the change takes effect.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, or features you choose not to use. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Deleting your account may cancel or disable access to paid features, but you remain responsible for charges already incurred and any records we must keep for tax, accounting, payment, dispute, or legal compliance purposes.
5. Checkout, Taxes, and Third-Party Payment Terms
Checkout may be hosted by Stripe or use Stripe-controlled payment flows. Stripe may apply its own terms, privacy policy, fraud checks, payment authentication, tax calculation, and payment method rules. We are not responsible for Stripe outages, bank declines, card issuer actions, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by your payment provider.
Prices may be listed exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on your location and the checkout flow. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank fees, exchange fees, or other charges that apply to your purchase unless checkout states otherwise.
6. Cookies and Browser Storage
The website uses cookies, local storage, and session storage for login, security, preferences, saved meal plan state, shopping list selections, subscription access, and checkout support. Essential storage is required for some features to work.
You can restrict cookies or storage in your browser, but doing so may break login, checkout, account settings, saved plans, or paid feature access.
7. Nutrition and Recipe Accuracy
The website may use external data sources, generated content, recipe catalog data, USDA FoodData Central data, and internal calculations. Nutrition values, serving sizes, ingredient weights, seasonal suggestions, and recipe instructions are estimates and may contain errors or vary from real products and preparation methods.
You are responsible for checking ingredient labels, allergens, serving sizes, food safety, and suitability for your personal needs.
8. User Choices and Generated Content
Meal plans are generated from your selected settings, such as calorie target, diet type, cuisine, allergies, foods to avoid, country, and seasonal preferences. Generated results may not always satisfy every preference. Review each plan before relying on it.
9. Acceptable Use
Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy large portions of the service, reverse engineer protected features, or submit harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
10. Intellectual Property
The website design, branding, software, generated layouts, and catalog structure are owned by or licensed to the website operators. You may use generated meal plans for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and USDA FoodData Central. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. No Warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically appropriate, nutritionally exact, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators, owners, operators, and affiliates of the website are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages resulting from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the website, meal plans, recipes, recommendations, or services.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
